Orange Blossom Roofing is owned and operated by Tyler Nerland (Lic #: CCC1332834). Originally from Tallahassee, FL, Tyler worked in the roofing industry in Jacksonville, FL before settling down in the Tampa Bay area.
Before beginning his own company, Tyler worked for some of the largest and most reputable roofing companies in the state of Florida.
Our team has walked tens of thousands of roofs. But with each roof, our top priority is the people who live under it.
Our team can help you with both reroofs and repairs of shingle, tile, metal, or flat roofs. We work often and closely with insurance companies and would love to get you the best deal for your needs. If you are interested in a project outside of insurance, we still feel confident that we can provide the greatest value in the area.

At Orange Blossom Roofing, we are passionate about roofing. Your roof is the only thing standing between you and the elements, and we understand that having your roof replaced is a major project. Matthew 7:12 teaches us that we should treat others the way that we would want to be treated, and this is the principle that guides our company. That means that we respect you and your property, and stay in constant communication with you throughout the project. Other contractors may claim that their projects are all performed perfectly. While the vast majority of our projects go off without a hitch, sometimes mishaps happen. In roofing, this could mean a punctured tire or a damaged shrub. Orange Blossom Roofing LLC is licensed, bonded, and insured. Other contractors are often registered with the State, which means they are permitted to work in certain municipalities and have provided the State their required company information.
We, however, are certified by the State. This means we have met more stringent State-wide requirements, including passing required tests and exceeding strict experience requirements. The difference between the lesser Registered Contractor License and the more prestigious State Certified Contractor License should be obvious because a Registered Contractor's license number will begin with RC, while the State Certified Contractor's license number will begin with CCC. We also carry over 10x the amount of General Liability insurance required by the State, all to provide you with the level of security and protection throughout the process that you deserve.

We have extensive experience working with insurance companies, both being hired by the insurance companies themselves and working with homeowners covered under their policy. We provide a level of expertise that can only be obtained by experience working on both sides of the claim process. We have helped thousands of homeowners with storm damage receive excellent new roofs covered by their insurance companies, meaning that the homeowner has to pay only their deductible. We would love to help you with this as well. The sooner you are working with a roofing contractor during the insurance process, the smoother it will go.
